Keylor thought of things I didn't think about. She saved me a bunch of money with her quick thinking. I would recommend her to anyone. We could of moved on from the house I bought, but she she stuck with me on it and came thru tremendously for me. Thank you for all of your help Keylor!

Linda Limehouse was the perfect realtor for me. My first experience with Linda Limehouse, I was living in an apartment on Martintown Road and I completed this realtor questionnaire and Linda Limehouse called me. I told her my price range. I told her, that I was looking for a two bedroom two bath condo which was perfect. Living there for two or three years, I decided I wanted a home, so we started looking for my next home and she would come pick me up and we would go riding through many neighborhoods and doing many walk through homes. We found my perfect home, but it needed a lot of work and I told her let’s just keep looking, so we did. After two more months of looking. She bought me back to the house, that I said it had too many repairs to be done. We walked inside and she did not tell me all the repairs were completed, except for the countertops and flooring. She picked me up to take me to pick out countertops and flooring. She was just the perfect person. She was nice, very intelligent about the housing market. She went out of her way for me and I really did appreciate all of that and she was just the perfect realtor. I mean she had all of her ducks in a row and then when it came to me closing everything went so smoothly it was just perfect and I will say if I was looking to sale this home and move someplace else I would not hesitate one moment to call Linda Limehouse.

Throughout the entire process she provided prompt responses, special attention and sound advice. In addition to all of this, our home went under contract quickly and sale process was seamless due to her attention to detail and marketing strategy. Highly recommend.

Keylor was amazing! My husband and myself were working with only a 75 day timeframe to find a new home and Keylor was able to handle everything perfectly to make sure we got a home perfect for us. Not only were we first time home buyers but I was 8 months pregnant at the start of this process and my husband is in the military working long hours making it difficult to coordinate with his schedule. She able to work around all of our needs and answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. On the very rare instance she didn't have an answer she was able to point us to the correct person to get the information we needed.
