5 stars across the board. Linda is excellent to work with. Very thorough, very timely, and very knowledgeable. When it came time for our inspection 'to-do' list, she was a terrific help by providing us with excellent contractors on quick notice to complete each task in a most efficient manner -- from the money we had to spend without compromising on workmanship. We appreciated her being there for us every step of the way.

Martha Warrick is an absolute awesome realtor and lady! She helped us find the perfect house and helped us through a few problems with the closing date. She makes you feel like you are her only client and goes above and beyond than most realtors. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Linda really knows her trade. She consistently exceeded our expectations. When our "dream home" sold 5 days before our own home sold we had literally 2 weeks to find a new one. Linda was relentless in her search, and found us at least 3 homes that we loved and could choose from. Linda was there for us every step of the way. She made the process fun, even when we were stressed. She is not just our realtor, but we consider her a friend. Linda is the ultimate professional. We would highly recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers. Linda is very focused on the wording of contracts, and protected us with details that we never would have thought of. She communicates well with everyone, from the sellers to the other realtors....her rapport with all involved makes the process flow smoothly. Linda is also just about the hardest working human being that I know. She has the highest standards of integrity, and she is extremely talented and trustworthy. Look no further.....Linda gets things done.

Martha was great to work with! Very professional and helped walk us through the whole process. We were first time home buyers and she helped explain things as we went. She worked with us and the builder to negotiate on upgrades. Would definitely go to her again when buying or selling.

Martha Warrick was amazing to work with both on the selling of my house and the purchase of my new home. As I started this venture, I knew nothing of how to sell or purchase a new home. Martha was always there to help me through the process. If I had a question or worry, Martha was always a phone call or text away. My 1956 house was only on the market for 16 days and I got a full asking cash price. During that 16 days, there were 10 showings. I never expected it to be that easy. Martha made it easy walking me through the whole process, and I was in my new house in no time. I would highly recommend Martha Warrick as your sole real estate agent. My "fur babies" Coda and Maggie loved her, too. We all have a new friend.

Linda was very knowledgeable about the area, about the process. Very patient and professional. Friendly, and ALWAYS took my calls at all kind of different hours. After the sell, she was NOT a stranger, she has called numerous times to make sure I was still satisfied with my home. I feel sure I could still call on her today and ask her another DUMB question and she would gladly say its not a dumb question and work with me to find and answer. Great Job Linda and thank you very very much. David James 214 Swallow Lake Dr. N Augusta SC
