I told her, that I was looking for a two bedroom two bath condo which was perfect. Living there for two or three years, I decided I wanted a home, so we started looking for my next home and she would come pick me up and we would go riding through many neighborhoods and doing many walk through homes. We found my perfect home, but it needed a lot of work and I told her let’s just keep looking, so we did. After two more months of looking. She bought me back to the house, that I said it had too many repairs to be done. We walked inside and she did not tell me all the repairs were completed, except for the countertops and flooring. She picked me up to take me to pick out countertops and flooring. She was just the perfect person. She was nice, very intelligent about the housing market. She went out of her way for me and I really did appreciate all of that and she was just the perfect realtor. I mean she had all of her ducks in a row and then when it came to me closing everything went so smoothly it was just perfect and I will say if I was looking to sale this home and move someplace else I would not hesitate one moment to call Linda Limehouse.
