Linda Limehouse is Excellent! I would NEVER use anyone else. I usually do not write reviews but I feel it is my duty to write this one. I chose Linda because I read all the reviews before choosing a realtor. I lived out of state so I had no idea who to use. Linda was a God sent in so many ways. She is Honest, hardworking , dedicated and will treat you like family. I only wished she was licensed in NJ to sell my home there. Linda will NOT steer you wrong. If you want an honest, compassionate yet strong for negotiating and very knowledgeable realtor then you need Linda Limehouse. I promise you , you will be writing this same review.

Linda Limehouse is EXCELLENT! I thank God I found her. I chose Linda because of all her reviews. Believe me, they were right! She treats you like family. Linda is very honest , compassionate yet strong , very dedicated and hard working. I would NEVER use anyone else. Linda goes way above and beyond! She is also VERY knowledgeable which is very important when it comes to real estate. Linda made buying my house in SC so easy. I wish she was licensed in NJ because that realtor was horrible . I’m sure he was sick of me telling him how wonderful my realtor in SC is but it was the truth. Trust me , you will be so happy you chose Linda Limehouse you will be writing the same review.

We were very pleased to have worked with Linda as she is highly professional, has a non-stop work ethic, a strong community knowledge, persistence, and a can-do attitude. We made 3 visits to Aiken to determine if it was the right community for us, each time Linda showed us homes. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.

This is the second time in 2 years that I needed a professional to handle a quick sale and that's exactly what I received from Linda. Her knowledge and friendly personality made it very easy. She is without a doubt a master of her trade. Wouldn't have done it without her! Lisha and Mike Pasco

Linda was extremely helpful before, during and after our sale. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When we first started looking for a home I called three or four agents and Linda was the only one who called me back. She looked for properties that met our criteria and others she thought we might be interested in. She never tired of showing us countless homes and always appeared lively and enthusiastic.
