Where do I even begin? Lisa was amazing from beginning to end. I have never sold a home before and she walked us through every step of the process. From setting our price to negotiating with buyers and helping us get repairs made once we moved out of state she was an absolute ROCKSTAR! If you want an agent who will fight for you and shoot straight with you then look no further! We can't wait until it's time to buy another house so we get the chance to work with Lisa again.

100% Lisa is Amazing and was a blessing! I had 2 offers the night before my house even listed. She handled everything and explained it all to a real estate dummy. She is a caring, kind, genuine person that goes Above & Beyond. Someone im now honored to call a friend.

Lisa worked from 800 miles away to find us the perfect home! When the original lender messed up, and nearly cost the deal, Lisa came to the rescue and worked with a new lender to get things righted. She helped handle our inspection, coordinated flawlessly with the seller's agent, and always had our best interest in mind. She went above and beyond and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle a long distance move where we were unable to physically see the home ourselves. We will use Lisa for all future real estate transactions, and recommend her to all our CSRA friends!

We have done two properties with Linda and have been very satisfied. She's a hard worker who makes herself available and returns all calls very fast.

My husband and I have worked with Linda on 2 occasions in the last several years. The first time was when we helped my daughter and son-in law purchase their first home. We were able to see the house being built from day 1 and they were able to make choices of colors, flooring, light fixtures and more. Linda was very helpful, patient, and kept them within the allotted budget. This past year Linda assisted us with selling my late mother’s house. This was a real challenge. It was a great house with a good location, but my mother had never updated the house so it required a lot to work. I cannot begin to express how much Linda assisted in getting the house ready to sell. We could call her any time and she was always available. We arranged to have the bathrooms ,kitchen, painting and new carpet done. When the house was inspected, there were several other unseen problems that were revealed. This was the point where Linda excelled. She was on top of things with making arrangements for repairs and assisting us in every possible way. I would definitely recommend Linda LImehouse as your realtor.
