I have been working with Gerald Merriwether since 2012, and this was my fourth transaction with him. Every experience has been great, but this one truly reminded me why I continue to trust him with such important milestones. This transaction came with a lot more challenges than usual. We were concerned about the appraisal, especially since I was selling one of the highest-priced homes in the neighborhood, but Gerald handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and patience. Even under pressure, he never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. He also went above and beyond with his staging business, working alongside his son, Jaquez Merriwether, and his business partner, Sal. The staging and presentation of the home were phenomenal and made such a huge difference. From listing, staging, marketing, negotiating, and staying on top of every detail, the work was excellent from top to bottom. I also had a great experience on the financing side working with James Gay, who did an amazing job as well. My experience with Teniya White, was great! Ms.White, is a complete professional in every sense of the word, she was patient and through in showing me the property, she was patient with me when I arrived later than our scheduled time. If I had any questions or concerns she didn't hesitate to find get the answers and get it to me quickly and, that made me feel comfortable and confident that I was working with a great agent.
