I have been working with Gerald Merriwether since 2012, and this was my fourth transaction with him. Every experience has been great, but this one truly reminded me why I continue to trust him with such important milestones. This transaction came with a lot more challenges than usual. We were concerned about the appraisal, especially since I was selling one of the highest-priced homes in the neighborhood, but Gerald handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and patience. Ms.White, is a complete professional in every sense of the word, she was patient and through in showing me the property, she was patient with me when I arrived later than our scheduled time.
