Carrie was an absolute pleasure to work with . We went to several places in the Sarasota area which all met the criteria that we spoke about over about a month's timeframe. She professionally answered all my questions and/or concerns and although some of the bids did not come to fruition, she kept forging ahead with me. One day we discovered a place in Belleair and although her office was over an hour away, she gladly came up and showed me the unit. She guided me through the bid and it was successful. From there she handled the logistics from pre-inspection (meeting the inspector on my behalf, (again over an hour away) through the title process, insurance needs, etc. Any question that I had she was either ready to answer or was able to obtain the answer in short order. Overall a very easy/enjoyable process. I've purchased other properties in other states previously and have been exposed to many types of agents over the years. Carrie is one of the most professional ones I have ever met. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the transaction process, willingness/ability to go the extra mile, and persistence to ensure I was getting the best service is what makes her at the top of my recommendation list. If anyone is looking for an agent in FL, regardless of county, I would suggest reaching out to her first.
