We knew the area of town where we wanted to buy when we approached Terry with our project. He provided us access to the Our Home application and his detailed knowledge of the local area. A week later we set out with him and a very aggressive listing of 6 houses to visit on a Saturday, which ended up including a couple of additional houses along our visitation route. Terry met us with printouts of all the information for all the houses on our scheduled visitation list. When we had narrowed our choices to the house we were to purchase, Terry spent another day there, providing access and coordinating with the various home inspectors, since we were living in another part of Florida at that time. Closing with Terry and the title company with which he works was surprisingly easy and quick. And when it turned out that the keys provided with the property did not fit any of the locks on the doors and there was no documentation to change the combination lock, Terry scheduled a locksmith to come out and rekey everything. Terry's professionalism, friendliness, and unwavering willingness to assist made one of the most stressful chores a family can undertake into a pleasant and exciting task with a happy ending.
