We were moving from New York to Florida with little knowledge and he was amazing with his hand holding communication, professionalism, positive attitude, and immediate replies to all phone calls, and messages! I found Nathan online seven years ago in March of 2018! I started having him send me listings from the Saint Pete area and then kept changing the towns I was interested in and moving down the coast. I told him don’t worry someday I will purchase a property with your help. He said he wasn’t worried that he had a client one time take three years to buy with him. He continue to send me properties every few months. He is the most patient and accommodating realtor I’ve ever worked with.. we finally met in May this year when I was coming down to Tampa for the Billy Idol concert. At this point, Nathan was sending me homes in the north Port and Rotonda West area.. I thought it was a good time to finally meet in person and see these two areas to make sure that I did like them. I ended up choosing Rotonda West because I love Golf. Nathan continue to send me properties in this area and my boyfriend and I went down for an overnight to see about 10 houses one of them being the house we ended up buying. I would highly recommend using Nathan as your realtor for the West Coast of Florida. You won’t be disappointed!

Jonathan is an awesome realtor! Knowledge of the market & sales trends was great. Called Nathan one day and he came the next day. He knew I was selling to move north. We talked about ways of selling. Explained I didn’t want to do anything else to my home to sell. I had a new air conditioner and new roof the year before. My house needed to be fresh up. But he said I was just fine. He said the amount it probably would sell for, but I wanted a little more. He was right. It wasn’t even on the market and he had a family wanting to look at it. He let him handle it all and the next day I had a buyer. He was very honest and professional. A great young man who care about his clients. Felt very comfortable with him. Wish him a great future.
