My wife and I decided to purchase a winter home in the Sarasota, Florida area. We picked Medway Realty after seeing a few reviews. We left our names and Brad Grubenhoff called us. He became our agent. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful. In addition, he responded promptly when we had questions or concerns. Brad sent us numerous listings and we picked some listings ourselves. Brad gave us valuable feedback and we finally settled on a home that closed on January 16, 2016. If we need a realtor in the future in this area, Brad will be our realtor.

We put our home up for sale Spring/Easter 2025. How I picked my real estate company honestly was by their reviews online and experience. This was my 4th real estate transaction in 6 years. Terry Langham of The Langham-Dilmore Team was patient and offered his advice when asked. No arrogance and pushback. We actually had our home sold in 11 weeks. Unfortunately it fell thru 3 days before closing with the home packed, emptied and set to move out of state the day after closing. Terry offered his advice and we trusted he could sell the home “empty”. We moved and had the house back on the market after pending for weeks. I accepted an offer approximately 12 weeks after moving. My home as on the market 34+ weeks until completion of sale. I wholeheartedly believe Terry’s advice, help and faith had everything to do with the sale of my home. It’s hard finding a real estate company you can trust or who listens. It was a long ride for us getting this home sold, I honestly would not of wanted to be with any other company than The Langham-Dilmore Team.

My husband and I met this team in 2004 when going to open houses shortly after we retired early. They showed us several condos in a relatively short period of time. My husband found our condo while scanning For Sale signs in the entrance to a business place and a member of this team arranged the closing since it was a For Sale By Owner situation. Over the years, we recommended them to many people and even stopped at their open houses just to say hi! My husband had passed away and our family was concerned about being so far away from each other, so it was logical to contact the Lang ham-Dilmore Team. Their attention to detail was astounding! My dumb questions were answered with patience and kindness. Even when I needed to be made aware of an issue, it was done in a gracious manner. My only disappointment was when I chose to list it, so it sold for quite a bit kess than what i had hope, however, my agent gave me guidance but i made the decisions along the way. In the final analysis, i think of this team as favorite family members. I won't be stopping in to an open house anymore since I no longer live in Florida but I think of them fondly and am grateful for their expertise.

Brad goes above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly with the process of purchasing a home-from flexibility with showings, to making trips to the home in your absence. He has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate world as a whole. He breaks things down into simple terms, and if he doesn’t know the answer to something, he will do whatever he has to do to find out!
