Compassion and Care When We Needed It The Most
I cannot thank Bradley Grubenhoff at Medway Realty enough for the exceptional care and support he provided to our family during the sale of our late uncle’s home. From start to finish, Bradley went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier to navigate. His kindness, empathy, and professionalism were evident from the moment we met him. Selling a family home after the loss of a loved one is an emotional process, and Bradley was incredibly sensitive to our needs, always offering clear guidance while also taking care of every detail. Brad is the Best!
We used Brad for the purchase of our new construction villa after communicating with him long distance for several months. He guided us skillfully throughout the whole process giving us excellent advice and recommendations as well as advocating for us with the builder. His support and expertise was invaluable to us and his attention to detail is phenomenal. My husband is a very particular person, however, Brad pointed out details that needed attention during the final walkthrough that even my husband over looked. Additionally, he answered all calls and texts (and we had many) promptly within a few minutes. We can’t recommend Brad highly enough! He goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you so much Brad!

Very safe and comfortable experience for me with buying my condo
I highly recommend Rebecca five stars she made this whole experience of buying my condo easy. Very helpful in all my needs and understanding the process felt very safe. She had my best interests at heart she was available for anything. I asked that I didn't understand. ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION
Jennifer is the definition of attention. She is extremely detailed, customer focused and available at any hour of the day. If its a phone call, text, voicemail, or e-mail, Jennifer will answer you within 30 minutes. Jennifer will also listen to your needs of what you want in a home and not push you into a home you can not afford. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Her team of title professionals made the entire process easy along with Jennifer being a mediator representing me as my broker to the sellers agent. I have not hesitation recommending Jennifer to friends, family and my professional network. Medway is lucky to have her on staff!!
