Matt made our home search and purchase a priority! He listened to all the things we were looking for and then went to work! He was patient as we changed some of the things and explored different options! He was willing to revisit properties often more than 1-2 times. We had lots of questions and concerns and Matt always went right to work in getting us answers. We are new to Florida and don't know anyone in the area or how some things work. I met Carrie at an open house she was doing for one of her co workers. I lost her card but after some detective work I was able try find her. I was glad I did. Carrie did a great job. Out of all realtors my wife and I have dealt with Matt Hamblin was by far the best. Over the year that my wife and I investigated Florida markets Matt was always there supporting us with great market knowledge and support. He always went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the decisions we made and ultimately the choice of the house we bought in Venice. I started the process of looking for my home in Florida a couple years ago. At that time I wasnt in any hurry as everything had to line up personally in my life to move. I love that Carrie didn’t pressure me. She periodically checked in to see where I was at in my dream of moving from Wisconsin to Florida. Carrie was very patient as the timing had to be right with my job, taking care of my elderly parent and circumstances that occured along the way; delaying my move. During those bumps, Carrie was encouraging and stayed calm for the two of us and ended up finding just the right place at the right time. She carried me through to the finish line and I am forever grateful that long wait is now over as I am preparing to head down and enjoy my new home. David was such a patient and helpful realtor. We gave him a timeframe for the time we needed to purchase a home which would've stressed anyone. He was constantly looking at houses for us and even called new construction homes to see the ones ready to move in.
