Michael Phillips (706-414-1950) of Meadows Realty did a great job!

Michael Phillips is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. He literally ran interference for me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him; his tenaciousness and dedicated support made the sale a reality and carried the purchase to closing. It is hard buying a house, sight unseen, from another state. Thankfully, I had Michael Phillips (706-414-1950) as my Real Estate Agent. Mike videotaped the many prospective homes I saw on the internet, explained the location, how far to amenities, and videoed the outside streets as well as areas I could not see on the internet. (He also videoed Lake Sumter Landing for me, which was delightful). He sold the sights and the spirit of the Villages. Mike also assisted me through the purchasing process from contracts (the 3rd was the winner) and on to Escrow Closing. He went out of his way many times to assist, explain, and advise regarding becoming a Floridian homeowner and a happy Villager. I should add that I fully acknowledge that I’m not easy to work with. This is the fourth house I’ve purchased in my lifetime, but it was the most pleasant process of all purchases due to my having a great Real Estate Agent.

Cheryl Kacinskas, real estate agent.

Cheryl was the best. She really paid attention to all our wants and needs. We looked at numerous home in different areas and she found the perfect one for us. She's very knowledgeable about all steps that had to be done,. Also if your not electronically savvy, (we're not) she patiently walked us through every step. Cheryl has a great personality and it was a pleasure to work with her. Big thank you Cheryl for all you did for us.

Cheryl is the best!

Cheryl is very knowledgeable and took the time to find out exactly the unique property we were looking for and then found it for us! Her follow up is excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure we were looking at the properties that fit our criteria. I highly recommend Cheryl.

Best Realtor We Ever Hired

When we contacted Cheryl about putting our winter home up for sale, we had a series of questions I had put in an email, and asked her for an appointment. She responded promptly and came well prepared to our home, ready with facts and figures regarding the current market and comparable homes. Cheryl explained in detail the price range for the correct market value of our home, and gave us a very accurate estimate of what we should expect for closing costs and what we could expect to gain as proceeds of the sale. She also had taken the time to learn the history of our home, including building permits. Cheryl knew we were feeling reluctant about selling our house, and at no time did she pressure us. She also gave us some advice about sprucing up our cabinets, as well as compliments about all the positives about the house. After we made the final decision to list the house, Cheryl continued to be encouraging. We knew we were in good hands. Cheryl kept in close communication with us throughout the entire process. We both felt she did everything she could to make the sale a win/win for seller and buyer, and that was important to us. We were fortunate to have a smooth sale and were happy with the results. Everything Cheryl did for this sale was done respectfully with a high level of professionalism. We have told our now former neighbors about our high degree of satisfaction and have recommended that, if they find themselves in need of a good realtor, they cannot go wrong with Cheryl. We have owned six houses over the years, and Cheryl is the best realtor we have ever had.

Above and beyond all expectations in every aspect.

From the initial meeting Cheryl conducted herself in an extremely professional manner. She was able to answer all questions with responses in a very timely manner. She was very knowledgeable of the area and requirements of a gated community. Her attention to detail was of great value in making my move less stressful. She was quick to respond to any speed bumps along the process and provide calming assurance that the process would proceed according to plan, Although I had not made a home purchase in over 12 years I have had the opportunity to purchase 7 homes over the course of my life. I say this with all sincerity that Cheryl was the instrumental factor in making this purchase the most pleasant and enjoyable of all the previous ones.
