We have bought and sold several houses in our past years using several different real estate agents. By far Cheryl has been the most helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with current market conditions. After living in an apartment for a year we were excited to be home owners again. Cheryl helped temper our excitement by dealing with the reality of inflation in the housing market. She set up showings at different price points up through values starting at $200,000 to $235,000. It was clear that we were ignorant of what was available. After we found our house and put down earnest money Cheryl was extremely helpful guiding we through the VA mortgage process and other buying details. We heartily recommend her to anybody interested purchasing any real estate property.

Sherri's knowledge, experience and professionalism was evident throughout the process as she provided (1) an accurate market analysis, complete with comp assessments and square footage details, (2) continuous feedback on prospective buyers and their perceptions, (3) helpful hints that would ultimately improve the appeal of the home and surrounding property, (4) a great selling experience overall, especially given that I was conducting the sale from 1500 miles away.
