Mike is very responsive, patient and kind. His schedule is flexible and he’s puntual. Keeps good communication and is willing to calibrate as needed. We saw a lot of homes and almost considered walking away since we didn’t find what we were looking for initially. We reconsidered and Mike helped us through the bumpy process buying a new spec home.
