Zach Blair was/is very confident in his ability to sell houses, He was accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to sell our house with 4 days for asking price.I would and have already highly recommended him to a few people.
We weren't so sure about Zach at first, but he ended up being a really good realtor for first time home buyers. He was not familiar with our loan so he did all the homework to research it and became very familiar with the process and was very good about keeping us informed on what was happening every week. I will definitely refer Zach to our friends and family.
