Zach and Kate Blair are a dedicated husband and wife real estate team passionate about helping Mainers—and soon-to-be Mainers—find their place in this beautiful state. Zach grew up in Maine and brings over a decade of real estate expertise, leadership, and industry knowledge to the table. A proud graduate of Edward Little High School, former CNA, and U.S. Army veteran, he’s known for his calm, dependable presence and strong core values. In 2023, Zach launched PinePoint Realty to build a supportive, agent-first brokerage rooted in professionalism, respect, and community. He has been actively involved in the REALTOR® community since 2011, serving in multiple leadership roles, including President of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS®. Kate, also an Auburn native, joined Zach in the business in 2017. She brings a warm, thoughtful approach and a sharp eye for marketing, client care, and the emotional side of the real estate journey. Her contributions ensure that every buyer and seller feels supported, heard, and valued. Kate also served on the Maine Association of REALTORS® Foundation, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community. At home, Zach and Kate are proud parents to their daughter, Molly, and their lovable dog, Fozzy. They enjoy camping, playing Phase 10, listening to live music, and spending time with friends and family.
