Zach and Kate did an amazing job marketing my apartment building and helped get a great price!

My husband and I recently purchased our very first home in July of 2023. Working with Zach was an amazing experience. With his expertise, we were able to navigate this crazy market. Everything was smooth and as easy as possible. Zach is quick to respond, reliable and trustworthy. He consistently went above and beyond. Given we are first time home buyers, he was kind and patient in teaching us about basic real estate knowledge progressing to more complicated things and assisted us in every step along the way. In addition to Zach, we also had the support of his colleague/wife Kate, who was equally as wonderful. Her time, availability and market experience only made our process that much better. Shawna has been an incredible real estate agent for me and my family. She helped us in our house search a year and a half before this sale and was very understanding of our needs and price range. Now that we are selling, she was very in-tune with the market and selected a great sale price, even during all the craziness going on in the market right now. She facilitated multiple open houses and was on top of scheduling showings. We ended up having quite a bit of interest, but our first few offers fell through (due to buyer's finance issues/etc). Even so, Shawna was persistent and we still got a great offer to close on. The house was co-owned by me and my Mom, and I had moved out for a job in a different state (Shawna even recommended a few places to look for rentals for my move). Shawna was very helpful in explaining what was going on in the closing and used electronic signatures to keep me in the process. When it was time for closing, she helped me figure out where to get the documents notarized and explained everything I needed to do. She answered any questions I had quickly and knowledgably.
