Zachery was amazing he did wonderful job. With only a month deadline he made the process outstanding. He made me feel extremely comfortable buying my first home. Even told me what to look out for and gave me great feedback on his personal thought on all the properties we looked at.
Brittany was extremely helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my many questions and was there every step of the way!
Brittany, was very helpful in helping us find a home. After looking at several homes, finally found one we felt comfortable buying. Brittany answered all the questions we had, if she didn’t know the answer she went above and beyond to get that answer. Brittany made sure everything went as smoothly as it could. Was with us till the very end, even given us a housewarming gift. That was so thoughtful of her. Would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a house/home.
Zach and Kate did an amazing job marketing my apartment building and helped get a great price!
My husband and I recently purchased our very first home in July of 2023. Working with Zach was an amazing experience. With his expertise, we were able to navigate this crazy market. Everything was smooth and as easy as possible. Zach is quick to respond, reliable and trustworthy. He consistently went above and beyond. Given we are first time home buyers, he was kind and patient in teaching us about basic real estate knowledge progressing to more complicated things and assisted us in every step along the way. In addition to Zach, we also had the support of his colleague/wife Kate, who was equally as wonderful. Her time, availability and market experience only made our process that much better. We would most certainly work with both of them again in the future and highly recommend them for your real estate needs. We will always be thankful for them!
What I thought was going to be complicated and stressful was easy and stress free. Zach was always available if I had questions and I always felt like I was talking to a friend not an agent . His knowledge of the market was incredible. I sold my house for more than I ever thought I would and in a very short amount of time. I would ( and have ) recommend Zach and his team to anyone.
Brittany was extremely helpful and supportive. Answered my many questions and helped with some big issues. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
BRITTANY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPERWORK AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR INSPECTIONS AND CLOSING. SHE MADE SURE WE WERE INFORMED THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS. THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.
I have never worked with any one that looked after her customer as well as Brittany did. No matter what I asked she not only found the answer but she always got back to me with in a few minutes. From the first meeting with her I knew I liked her. She is honest and up front. I will be calling her for my next adventure in buying a house. Thank you Brittany
Shawna is the most efficient, knowledgable agent I have ever worked with. I have had multiple experiences with brokers and Shawna is definetly rated 5+ stars in my eyes. Her knowledge on questions I needed answered she knew above and beyond. If she didn’t know the answer she made it a priority to find out and get back to me as soon as possible. She was always available, and got things done very efficiently. There was never a property too far for Shawna to meet us and help us out to find our dream spot. I would highly recommend her and definitely use her in the future. Shawna is not just a realestate agent to us anymore, she has become a good friend to us as well.
Shawna supported my family through BOTH a home PURCHASE and a home SALE. She was knowledgeable, dedicated, available, and relentless in her efforts on our behalf. She is the perfect balance of professional and cheerleader!
