Shawna has been an incredible real estate agent for me and my family. She helped us in our house search a year and a half before this sale and was very understanding of our needs and price range. Now that we are selling, she was very in-tune with the market and selected a great sale price, even during all the craziness going on in the market right now. She facilitated multiple open houses and was on top of scheduling showings. We ended up having quite a bit of interest, but our first few offers fell through (due to buyer's finance issues/etc). Even so, Shawna was persistent and we still got a great offer to close on. The house was co-owned by me and my Mom, and I had moved out for a job in a different state (Shawna even recommended a few places to look for rentals for my move). Shawna was very helpful in explaining what was going on in the closing and used electronic signatures to keep me in the process. When it was time for closing, she helped me figure out where to get the documents notarized and explained everything I needed to do. She answered any questions I had quickly and knowledgably. Highly recommend!

Zach was completely in tune with the sale of our home. He met with us and did a complete and thorough market analysis of comparable homes for sale. We set our price based this information and Zach went to work marketing our home. He did an extremely professional job including pictures, drone footage and video. He kept in constant contact about showings and feedback from potential buyers. Zach and his team were amazing!
