Everyone has a Realtor they know, but how much do they know. When I asked Mia to to help us sell a house in a hard to sell area, Poinciana, she said no problem. Mia walked the house with us before putting it on the market. She pointed out and recommended things we should fix and things we shouldn't waste our time to fix.
