From the beginning, Eric was professional and courteous. He determined what I was looking for and kept the search narrow to exclude properties that were not of interest. He quickly organized visits to properties of interest, often that same day! I ended up having to submit offers on three separate properties, and each time Eric made it very easy to wade through the process. He was always there to answer any questions I had.
