Together they shared their experience on how to spot potential issues in a property and helped me keep my standards high and not settle for less. When I finally found *the one*, they were able to schedule a second viewing and do an impromptu inspection to make sure there wouldn't be any major issues before putting down an offer. They gave me great advice on how to be competitive and now I’m writing this review from my new home :-) They walked me through all the documentation and explained everything thoroughly, sent helpful reminders and next steps to keep me on track and on schedule. Additionally they helped me build a great team and kept everyone on the same page! Overall, I truly had an amazing team and got more than I asked for! I highly recommend them for any first-time home buyer!
We’ve been looking to upgrade from our condo for the last few years but with no success until this year. We thought we may have found a house, but Bonnie and Charlie knew what we really wanted and didn’t let us settle and we are glad we listened to them. The following weekend we found our home that checked a lot of our boxes. It was a fierce offer, competing against multiple strong offers but Bonnie and Charlie were able to guide us to position our deal to be the best while also feeling comfortable the choices were rationale and calculated. If you are constantly missing out on your home, Bonnie and Charlie will put you over the hump.

They are very knowledgeable about each and every single steps of the home buying process. They are also very realistic about what they think would work for each client. The team has good coverage for each agent, such that if one were to be away, there is always someone available to help with a last minute showing.
