When we began our search for a new home, the market had taken an unbelievable up turn no-one could imagine. The Tampa area had turned into the most competitive market in the country. Prices had risen as much as 20% in a very short time. So when I say a tough market needs a strong agent, my wife and I were very lucky to find Renee. Renee has lived in the Tampa area her whole life and has a tremendous knowledge of Tampa and surrounding areas. We started our search in the Apollo Beach area and literally went all the way around the bay. We were a strong cash buyer and were offering full price and over, and kept losing out by people offering even more. We had gotten pretty frustrated and Renee would keep working hard till she found us what we wanted. Now that we have found our house, Renee has been a great resource.
