Second Time Home Buyer but with a prestine realtor
This is my 2nd go around on buying a home so I was very excited to say the least on my new chapter. The way the market is going and how homes are flying off the market, time is definitely of the essence. There was not one time Matt didn't deliver in finding time to show me a home even if it took him showing me at 9pm he did what he needed to do to get me the perfect home and boy did he deliver! He stayed professional at all times and was very attentative to my wants and needs. I couldn't thank him enough for being so patient and putting my best interest before anything else. He will forever be my go to Realtor because he gets the job done and with class. I highly recommend choosing him as your realtor and recommend him to anyone who's in the market to purchase a home. An Amazing Experience
I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with Ileana! She helped me find my home 5 years ago and was awesome then. Extremely Helpful, Knowledgeable and Relentless
Kim helped us find the home and continually kept us informed during the build verbally and by sending us pics during every step of construction. She would communicate with the builder on site which is something we could not do living in another state. She knows Florida codes and her knowledge and perseverance helped us through a difficult time with Covid labor and supply issues. She was with us for the entire 17 months of the build. We could not ask for a better person or experience.
