Nilka Castro from Charles Rutenberg Real Estate Team stood out: their organic rankings are excellent, and their social media presence is strong. We spoke with Nilka and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Nilka made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't, like having a professional photographer and assisting us with the move. This is the third real-estate transaction with Lani and each one (sale/sale/purchase) has gone as planned.
