Michelle did na incredible job for us. We were going through a tough family time and selling a condo can be rough - inspections, market knowledge, market conditions. Michelle gave us a great market overview, explained the process and was there every step of the way. She was easy to talk to and was realistic with expectations and came in above those expectations. Our sale became more complicated by passing of my mom so Michelle was able to help us with resources we needed before that happened to allow the sale to go through. Michelle was great to work with. She is very organized, detailed, professional, funny, honest, understanding, caring, and passionate. For property searches, she always sent variety of listings that were in my price range. If I saw any other listings from other platforms, she’d look at them and tell me if it’s worth seeing or not (some of them have special assessments or short sales, which I didn’t know about). And if she didn’t know something, she would let me know and find out answers, which means a lot because she’s being honest. When we went to see some homes in person, she gave me all the printouts of the places in details, it was very useful for taking notes. When going over contracts, she was very thorough and answered all my questions. During pre-approval, mortgage, HOA, inspections, and home owners insurance application processes, she followed up constantly to make sure I was doing ok. Home buying process was so stressful since it was my first time and she would always try to ease my anxiety. She also helped me fix some things at my new place and that meant a lot. You will be in good hands with Michelle. She’s great at what she does and has tons of work experiences in many fields, so she’s very knowledgeable.

As a 1st time home buyer Brooke made the experience easy. She is extremely knowledgeable of real estate transactions and walked me through each step until I felt comfortable. Brooke was extremely patient ... and never pushed until we found the property that check all my boxes. We viewed almost 50 properties, after each we discussed its positives and negatives until we found the right one. I would highly recommend her for both the 1st time buyer and/or an experienced buyer, in fact I have already recommended her to a few of my friends, who are now using her for their needs. Additionally, we are now searching for an investment property for me!

I had just gotten a new job further North and had to move within a few weeks. If that's not stressful enough the idea of having to put up my condo for sale was even more stressful. I was concerned how long it was going to take to sell. When I met Carmen and she came with her presentation showing me the comps around my area, and then she gave me ideas of what I should do to help my condo compete with the others. Once I signed with her I felt a sense of relief she was very professional and dedicated. She kept me updated with everything. She went above and beyond.
