Augusto not only made the selling process smooth and uneventful, but he also went the extra mile to help us selling our property in Orlando. This was a second home for my family and me, who live in California, so Augusto helped handle many of the details that we could not handle from a distance, such as coordinating the cleaning of the house and pool, mowing the lawn, etc. He also negotiated really hard for us to get us the best possible price, one that we did not believe it was possible. During the closing, Augusto helped us out every step of the way and kept us well informed of every detail. I recommend Augusto, hands down, as the best Realtor in the Orlando area.

Dr. Paul was the best agent I have encountered and worked with. He went above and beyond for me like no other agent. Never have I heard of realtors doing full day open houses on multiple occasions to make sure I had the best full offer to choose from. He is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and well connected. You want detailed, well he is your guy. He also has a great eye for getting a house ready to market. If anything popped up, he would make sure to keep me informed and worked really well with buyers too. Thank you Paul so so much. Can't wait for our next move.

This was my 3rd home purchase, but 1st time actually having to shop for a home. During the process I lived in another state, so we had only 2 different weeks when I was there to look at houses. Even with the condensed time frame Clarissa was able to show me a lot of houses. She was easy to work with and very responsive to me when I called or texted with questions. We put offers on a few properties before getting the final one, and her valuations were accurate. I never felt pressured from her at all, and I felt like she gave me good counsel. I would work with her again.
