This was my first home purchase without physically seeing the house first. However, Freddy made the experience seamless through FaceTiming and endless phone calls and texts to ensure we had the right information for the purchase. After making an offer on another home that was not accepted, this one was accepted and felt everything was on-track to close timely. However, we had a nightmare of a seller who would not release the home unless we paid her more money. Freddy talked us through the situation and options and in the end, we were able to close after compromises from all parties. However, closing was a nightmare too and we closed 2 days later than we expected. Freddy got creative to ensure our son had a place to stay until the actual closing took place. Freddy is a man of integrity and works hard to give the best customer experience for his clients. I would recommend him without reservation.

Clarissa was a pleasure to do business with from the first walk she made through our front door. Clear instructions were always provided on every step we would take during the selling process as well as any changes we needed inside and outside the home for open houses, always upbeat she guided us through the selling process. From how to interpret an offer to her awesome communication with us and potential buyers. She made sure we were always aware of any communication from the buyer or their representatives. She worked with the buyer to get the best deal possible for us. Clarissa always gave 100% to us and the sale of our home as if it was her own. If we had to do it all over I wouldn’t change a thing she was wonderful!

I absolutely love the job Clarissa did in securing my home purchase in Parrish. I relocated from Chicago and she was very patient as we toured over 38 homes in 4 weeks (resale and new construction) which resulted in submitting 9 other unsuccessful offers in this unprecedented sellers market. She advised me the best way to write each offer so that we could achieve the winning bid. And after my offer for Major Turner was accepted, she continued to lobby on my behalf with the sellers agent when the home didn't appraise at the offer price. She is a diligent warrior and I am positively certain I will utilize her services again.
