He gets back to you pretty fast. Even if he is with someone else he will let you know he’ll get back to when he is free. I find communication like this is important, he acknowledged us without taking anytime away from the people he was currently helping. Our house was on the market for only a day and we got many offers (the buyer of the house was one of them) we closed before his estimated date by almost a week in a half. Highly recommend.
