We retained Clarissa Mont for the sale of our home and we were on a time frame due to the contract of a new home. Clarissa did a market analysis for a quick sale and we were very pleased with her asking price. Withone approximatley 1 week we had an offer on our home for a little less than our asking price and were able to close in about 30 days. Very pleased were her knowledge of the market and her professionalism in working with both my wife and myself as well as the buyers agent.
