We recently bought our first home with Savannah's help. We were reluctant to begin the process with such little knowledge but Savannah really stepped up and put us at ease. She was detail oriented, thorough, patient, and super quick to respond 24/7. She also really went to bat for us when it came to negotiations and made sure we were protected and had every piece of information we needed to make decisions that we felt comfortable with. Brandon showed me a condo property I'd viewed online through Zillow. He represented me through purchase negotiations leading to a contract and negotiations leading to repairs and contract credits and finally to a successful closing. I was out of town but he responded promptly to texts, emails, and calls. He listened and heard all my inquiries and concerns and responded to all of them. I would work with him again and not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Total sleeze ball. He listed the townhouse we now rent on Zillow. We went to take a tour and the place was filthy! Underwear hanging on the shower, dog hair everywhere, dishes in the sink, disgusting. He said “just image this place professionally cleaned up and nice” and apologized for the current tenants mess. We decided to rent the place, got approved, and everything signed. When we went to move in a month later the place was still filthy. The carpet was stained beyond belief, bathrooms were still gunky with even toothpaste in the sink. NOTHING had been professionally cleaned. We cleaned the place ourselves as we moved in, only to have the carpet replaced in the end. Essentially we ended up having to move our furniture three times. We finally got ahold of the landlord and found out that Brandon was the TENNANT the entire time. We were cleaning up and living in his own disgusting place. I am so furious with the situation he put us in and would never recommend him.

Mike & Peter were very helpful in our process of buying our house and showing us houses. Peter checked out comp's and keep us in the budget range for the properties we viewed. We met up at several different houses until we fine tuned what we actually wanted. Mike was great at getting what we wanted out of the deal. The process went quickly and Peter and Mike's knowledge of the areas we looked helped narrow the houses down fast.

He helped us put in an offer on one of the properties that same day. He has been open, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire process.
