Mike & Peter were very helpful in our process of buying our house and showing us houses. Peter checked out comp's and keep us in the budget range for the properties we viewed. We met up at several different houses until we fine tuned what we actually wanted. Mike was great at getting what we wanted out of the deal. The process went quickly and Peter and Mike's knowledge of the areas we looked helped narrow the houses down fast.

Peter & Mike were amazing to work with. They helped to make my home show ready and are the reason I was able to get such a great deal on my sale. Their knowledge of the local market and the real estate business in general is what appealed to me at first, but their continued hard work throughout the entire process is what kept me around. They were more than happy to answer all of my annoying questions and were extremely responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls. I was never in the dark or felt as if I was going through the sale/purchase process alone. I would recommend Peter & Mike to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
