Brandon made our first home buying experience amazing. Even with difficult sellers, Brandon stayed professional, optimistic and calm. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and industry. No matter what time of day it was, he was willing to answer our questions. Most importantly, he was HONEST with us. He had our best interest at heart and picked up on our personalities, likes/dislikes and knew what was best for us in the long run. We were introduced to Andrew by local Scottsdale friends, as we were in the process of surveying the local market, for a potential relocation. We spoke with Andrew by phone, and exchanged several emails - he was able to gather a number of on-line listings for our review and was extremely responsive to help us to winnow down the price, location and architectural criteria. Bottom line - we met with Andrew and visited a number of potential properties and were able to settle on a superb, golf course location in a Scottsdale gated community. He was able to help us negotiate a fair price and was extraordinarily helpful on the Arizona closing process. We would unhesitatingly recommend Andrew Mehlman, and have to friends.

My husband and I were relocating from Portland, Oregon to Scottsdale, Arizona. We had the privilege of being "set up" with Jennifer Cohen via my husband's company's relocation services and we definitely hit the jackpot. We gave Jennifer very specific requests as far as location and aspects needed in a home which she was more than willing to seek out for us. Considering we were 1200 miles away in Oregon and could not personally visit homes when they were listed, Jennifer was always willing to travel and view our requested homes as well as FaceTime with us from the houses. Jennifer was more than honest when it came to giving opinions or feedback regarding homes we viewed. With Jennifer's house flipping background, she was able to spot construction defects to outright problems with the home; Jennifer had a very good eye and we value her opinion. She definitely went above and beyond finding us the perfect house and the perfect location, even when we thought it was impossible!

Adam Phebus is nothing less than exceptional! He is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable, and on top of it, he is also an incredible negotiator. He really looks out for his clients, only wants the best for them, and does everything in his power to ensure this. His only concern is his clients happiness, nothing else matters.
