We were introduced to Andrew by local Scottsdale friends, as we were in the process of surveying the local market, for a potential relocation. We spoke with Andrew by phone, and exchanged several emails - he was able to gather a number of on-line listings for our review and was extremely responsive to help us to winnow down the price, location and architectural criteria. Bottom line - we met with Andrew and visited a number of potential properties and were able to settle on a superb, golf course location in a Scottsdale gated community. He was able to help us negotiate a fair price and was extraordinarily helpful on the Arizona closing process. We would unhesitatingly recommend Andrew Mehlman, and have to friends.
