I've worked with Bob for my past two purchases. I live out of state, and worked with Bob and purchased two site unseen properties in Scottsdale. I trusted his knowledge of the area and responsiveness to my concerns. One of his strengths is working well with clients who are not from the area. I highly recommend him if you're looking to do any real estate business in Arizona!
