I had the pleasure of working with Katie Hocker at Lake Norman Reality after a referral from a friend who had her as their realtor recently. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and diligent through the whole process of purchasing my new house as well as selling my old one. She was also able to get me in touch with any vendor needed to accomplish the purchase from lenders to inspectors.I'm very appreciative of the work and commitment that Katie and Lake Norman Realty was able to put forth to make this transaction quite easy and basically stress free.I definitely recommend Lake Norman Realty as they are committed, professional, diligent and there to answer any questions/concerns you have along the way.

Holly Zammiello is probably the most professional, organized and knowledgeable realtor we could have found. She is quick to get answers and follows through on each request made of her. Holly goes above and beyond her responsibilities and gets the job done. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell a home. Through the entire process she always looked our for our best interest and became a true friend to our family.
