My home was under contract at full asking price in just two days—an incredible result! Marty is truly outstanding. She’s knowledgeable, hardworking, and completely dedicated to her clients. From start to finish, she made the entire process seamless and stress-free, always staying on top of every detail. If you’re looking to buy or sell in the Lake Norman area, I can’t recommend Marty highly enough. I would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat!

Pilar is a great realtor. She helped us find our beautiful new home and all the steps getting into it with ease. She is very professional at her job and easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. We are very happy with our journey of buying a house.

Marty was definitely the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect spot to retire and found just that! She was determined, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We would definitely recommend Marty to anyone looking for real estate!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Marty. She helped me purchase my condo in 2022, and from start to finish she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Her communication is unmatched, she is always responsive, transparent, and proactive. I always felt confident that she was putting my best interests first every step of the way. Fast forward to 2026: I’m now married and looking for a larger home to start a family, and choosing her again as my agent was an easy decision. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, incredibly detail-oriented, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, she is top tier. I recommend her without hesitation and will continue to use her for any future real estate needs!
