Top Notch Agent
We hired Jenny to sell our house based on a recommendation from a close friend. This was the best decision we have ever made. Jenny was marvelous to work with, and she worked with us. Her sound advice and guidance guided us through the selling process with no incidents or issues. She also pitched in and helped us ready the house for viewing and showing. I used "showing" as a singular because our house sold with a single showing, which was primarily due to Jenny's attention and advice. You will not find a better agent in Charlotte.

Kind and Compassionate Realtor
When we decided to relocate to North Carolina, we knew it was important to find a realtor who would truly understand our needs and guide us through the home-buying process. Throughout our journey, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we felt supported. Our transaction became much more complicated than expected due to numerous issues and moving parts involving the builder and lender. Sally - the most responsive, thorough, ethical, honest, and sweet realtor we have ever encountered.
Sally has helped us on the buy or sales side of 9 transactions over the past ten years. On the buy side, she is happy to show houses for as long as it takes to find the right property for our very particular tastes. She digs and finds answers to the most unusual or obscure questions. She does all of this with a smile and such grace. On the sales side, she does exhaustive data analysis to determine the best sales price. We have never had to reduce sales price ever. She will do open houses or not if you don't want them. She will bring in the best people to help prepare your house and address any inspection issues. She gets along so well with other realtors and closing attorneys and everything always goes seamlessly. She is the best!

Gary was amazing.
We were looking to buy a condo on Lake Norman. Gary had us on a Portal. A new listing came up. We were out of state. Gary immediately booked a show time and he did a video call to us. He walked us through the entire condo. He made sure everything in the unit was working (AC, dish washer, clothes washer & dryer, garbage disposal, fridge, ice maker, water, toilets, windows etc). We made an offer and he handled the rest. He made it so easy for us. Once we closed, he arranged for a house cleaner and painter to do some work for us. Great contacts at reasonable prices. We highly recommend Gary. He is a One Stop Shop for all of your real estate needs!!!

Knowledgeable, caring, and truly vested in your needs!
In a word, Jenny is a powerhouse! She rolls up her sleeves and works hard for her clients, literally and physically. Jenny offers an allowance which I used to move large items from my garage. On a Saturday morning she pulled up in a U-Haul and within 4 hours boxes and exercise equipment were moved to my new home. Jenny's attention to detail, strong work ethic, thoroughness, and guidance through the home selling process makes her a top choice to sell your property. I highly recommend Jenny for any of your real estate needs!
