Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, he will take care of you every step of the way! Oh, he’s just a great guy too! Best agent in this area hands down!

Gary and Kathleen began as agents in a business transaction, then became good friends. Professionally they were always prompt, knowledgeable about the market trends, very strategic with their marketing plans, open to our ideas, great problem solvers, and the best negotiators. Gary’s knowledge and analysis of neighborhood sales, and Kathleen’s strong sense of design and staging brought in top dollar offers from buyers. Personally, Gary’s warmth and Kathleen’s sense of humor kept us grounded, focused, and stress free in what could be considered a very stressful life change. We love Gary and Kathleen, and are so grateful for the opportunity to work with them both. You can’t go wrong with this team!

We were looking to buy a condo on Lake Norman. Gary had us on a Portal. A new listing came up. We were out of state. Gary immediately booked a show time and he did a video call to us. He walked us through the entire condo. He made sure everything in the unit was working (AC, dish washer, clothes washer & dryer, garbage disposal, fridge, ice maker, water, toilets, windows etc). We made an offer and he handled the rest. He made it so easy for us. Once we closed, he arranged for a house cleaner and painter to do some work for us. Great contacts at reasonable prices. We highly recommend Gary. He is a One Stop Shop for all of your real estate needs!!!

Gary was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all of the steps and details along the way. We were always informed. We have worked with Gary selling two homes and purchasing one home. He will always be our preferred realtor.

We were so lucky to have someone as helpful as Gary! He made buying our first house easy. Anytime that we wanted to see a house or find out more information, Gary was quick to schedule a tour or reach out to the selling agent. I have already shared Gary's name with family moving to the area- I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know!
