Well.... He sold my house in less than 24 hours. Enough said! Lol. He was awesome though. Answered my texts and calls promptly. I was out of town and trying to prepare home. He went out of his way to make sure the carpet layers I hired could get in and made sure the house was locked back up afterwards. Super nice guy with a really good head on his shoulders. He worked with financing and titles, I believe, prior to selling homes, so he's very knowledgeable about the entire process! Great experience! Would definitely recommend and will use him again if I'm ever buying in that area again!

We enjoyed our experience with Jason as our realtor. We listed our home for sale in August 2016. It did not immediately sell. But we were not in a hurry to sell until we found a new home to move in to. Jason marketed our home extensively online. And we had one Open House. We had at least 2 showings each week it was listed. Sometimes more. Unless it was a holiday week. There were no complaints. It just did not sell. After a break for the Christmas holiday, we relisted the house with Jason. During the first week it was listed, we had 5 showings and 3 offers! From there the process moved very quickly and we were in our new home 60 days later. Jason was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire time we worked with him. Most importantly, we felt like we got what we wanted for the sale of our home.

His behind the scene work made it so that when we got to closing, we were confident that everything that needed to be done was already done and settled and everything was able to go smoothly.
