This was an uphill battle dealing with multiple offers showings etc. Through the entire process I leaned on him and trusted him to go with what he thought was the best move to make when it came to offers counter offers etc. One week on the market we had over 16 showings and 3 offers. Under contract in less than 12 Day's when that first one fell through we had it under contract in less than a week. Unfortunately as the case with real estate that one didn't go the way we had hoped, but he kept working on our behalf to get us the best possible deal possible. Finally the third time was the charm.
