Chad and Macey made selling a home from another location such a hassle free experience! We are a military family, so my husband was in Syria at the beginning of this process. We have never had a realtor experience quite like this. They were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING we needed to do from the first mention of selling our house. This was an uphill battle dealing with multiple offers showings etc. Through the entire process I leaned on him and trusted him to go with what he thought was the best move to make when it came to offers counter offers etc. One week on the market we had over 16 showings and 3 offers. Under contract in less than 12 Day's when that first one fell through we had it under contract in less than a week. Unfortunately as the case with real estate that one didn't go the way we had hoped, but he kept working on our behalf to get us the best possible deal possible. Finally the third time was the charm. We got a cash offer which was less than what we wanted and again I trusted his instincts and knowledge and counter offered a cash offer, which is a huge gamble, because they could choose to walk away, but it paid off big time they accepted our counter and we closed in less than a month.
