This was my first time selling a house and my experience with Raymond could not have gone any better. We were under contract within a week in this competitive market. Raymond was in constant contact while I was already out of state, and was timely and available for any appointments/repairs that needed to be done. Raymond was thorough and shared his knowledge through every step of the process to ensure that I was confident in my decisions. He has a strong attention to detail and overall enjoys what he does. I would strongly recommend Raymond to anyone on their next real estate adventure.

Kenny got the property sold in a transparent, fast and worry free manner.

We had a lot of obstacles that weren't any one's problems, but ours with our mortgage person. Day after day Raymond would check with us and see if by chance there was anything he could do to assist . Raymond is soft spoken, always well dressed and a smile on his face. He would do his home work before meeting with us which was valuable. He always made a point of making sure he was showing us the homes and areas that we wanted to look at. We have known Raymond personally as well as now professionally. If we asked a question about anything and he didn't have the answer he would tell us that, but would follow up with us and give us the answer. We would certainly recommend his name and your company to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell their home.

Marileen Nieves is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the Florida area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Marileen Nieves
