We asked Kenny to represent us when looking for a Kissimmee house for our daughter and her friends in late 2018. He helped us find and purchase a house that she loved. Kenny was professional but very friendly. He made sure we were happy with the deal and the house afterwards. In 2021, COVID had eliminate our daughters job with Disney and she moved out. We were so happy with Kenny that we called him to advise us on selling the house again. Instead of selling, we decided to rent the house and Kenny managed the rental. He represented us well, but the renter failed to comply with the lease. Kenny handled the matter entirely for us from a court ruling to cleaning up the house. When we decided to sell, again it was Kenny to the rescue. He found us a handful of offers and managed the sale.
