We had a lot of obstacles that weren't any one's problems, but ours with our mortgage person. Day after day Raymond would check with us and see if by chance there was anything he could do to assist . Raymond is soft spoken, always well dressed and a smile on his face. He would do his home work before meeting with us which was valuable. He always made a point of making sure he was showing us the homes and areas that we wanted to look at. We have known Raymond personally as well as now professionally. If we asked a question about anything and he didn't have the answer he would tell us that, but would follow up with us and give us the answer.
