They say 1st time home buying can be one of the most stressed process in life. Specially when you are doing this process all by yourself. Thanks to the knowledge and readiness of Marileen I can say was not that much of a stress as I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it was stressed, only was less than I thought it would be. Marileen is very friendly, empathic and has a great charisma . She was always available and returned calls in a reasonable amount of time, same in responding back with email. Help me analyze pros and cons in order to prepare me to take inform decisions. She also help me deliver information requested by the builder when I was busy at work facilitating processes. We were fortunate to have work with Marileen, she is my sisters friend,and we had chatted a time or two before, but to be honest we didn’t knew her well. We heard from my sister that Marileen was in the Real Estate business and decided to get in touch with her and get a little more info, since we’ve never bought a house before. We were living in Pennsylvania (this was on mid January 2021) when we started working with her. She explained everything to us, she told us all we needed to start getting ready financially speaking and what we needed to do to apply for a loan. Soon enough we found ourselves looking at the most beautiful house model, we fell in love immediately. Is something we cannot emphasize enough about it. We could see our kids playing in that house, we saw our whole future in that house! It was incredible, she made that!! She helped us to stay financially on track and ready, and guided us through the MANY faces that applying for a new construction has. Her knowledge was impressive, it brought us peace of mind and made us feel confident the entire time. We were going through quite a lot personally when we started working with her, we had just recently moved to Florida (mid February 2021) and were staying at a relative’s house. We bought our home 4 months ago. Yubiri was our realtor and my mom realtor too 5 years ago. She is very knowledgeable and really make the process smooth and easy. We bought our house in less than a month. She was always available to show us the houses we wanted to see. Once we got the offer for the house she went above and beyond coordinating all the inspections for the insurance etc so we had everything ready for the closing day.
