They say 1st time home buying can be one of the most stressed process in life. Specially when you are doing this process all by yourself. Thanks to the knowledge and readiness of Marileen I can say was not that much of a stress as I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it was stressed, only was less than I thought it would be. Marileen is very friendly, empathic and has a great charisma . She was always available and returned calls in a reasonable amount of time, same in responding back with email. Help me analyze pros and cons in order to prepare me to take inform decisions. She also help me deliver information requested by the builder when I was busy at work facilitating processes.
