We were fortunate to have work with Marileen, she is my sisters friend,and we had chatted a time or two before, but to be honest we didn’t knew her well. We heard from my sister that Marileen was in the Real Estate business and decided to get in touch with her and get a little more info, since we’ve never bought a house before. We were living in Pennsylvania (this was on mid January 2021) when we started working with her. We could see our kids playing in that house, we saw our whole future in that house! It was incredible, she made that!! She helped us to stay financially on track and ready, and guided us through the MANY faces that applying for a new construction has. Her knowledge was impressive, it brought us peace of mind and made us feel confident the entire time. We were going through quite a lot personally when we started working with her, we had just recently moved to Florida (mid February 2021) and were staying at a relative’s house. We bought our home 4 months ago. Yubiri was our realtor and my mom realtor too 5 years ago. She is very knowledgeable and really make the process smooth and easy. We bought our house in less than a month. She was always available to show us the houses we wanted to see. Once we got the offer for the house she went above and beyond coordinating all the inspections for the insurance etc so we had everything ready for the closing day.
