Most experienced realtor I could ever find
Ernie is so incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate industry in Tampa Bay area. He helped me bought and sold my property for a high profit margin within a 2-year period! Good to have him advising me for all investment potentials in Florida!

Made it easy
Ivy took care of everything and made it very minimal on things I needed to do and then was able to sell my home in more than a efficient time.

Sold and purchased home
I’ve had the best experience selling and buying my home this year with Ivy . I sold my house for what I wanted with her expertise and small pointers it all worked out in the end. Buying my home was a breeze Ivy pretty much lined me up every step of the way. My family and I currently love our new home , all thanks to Ivy. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling

Excellent Experience for my 1st Property!
She is by far the most aware and knowledgeable realtor I have met. She made the process quick, easy and seamless for all things regarding the lender, the seller, appraisal, inspection & the actual purchase. She also has contacts for those who are looking to complete renovations. I am glad I used Stephanie for my first property. I will continue to use her for all properties I buy in the future. She is very familiar with all neighborhoods around the Central Florida area. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!
