Brenda was amazing. She's very knowledgeable about the Tampa area, VA loans, and everything first-time homebuyers need to know! We had a little hiccup with a home we put an offer in on and Brenda was able to walk us through every step of the process: from backing out of the offer to swtting up viewings (the NEXT day), to putting in an offer on another home. If you get to work with Brenda, consider yourself extremely blessed. She is amazing.
