Without her help this couldn’t be possible. She is so reliable and committed. This is our first house and there were a lot of things we didn’t know. She called people for us, found services for us, she even helped us to set up the utilities. She’s just great.

There aren't enough stars to describe this incredible women's skills and heart. I purchased my first home blindly without seeing it until the day before the final walk thru. The process was not easy and I wasn't the easiest client but she never let me down:). She traveled sent videos and more as we were in AL and purchasing in Tampa, FL. Prior to finding the right home we searched all over from land o lakes to riverview. She was there not only as a realtor but a friend who my kids adore. Ivy in a gem for the housing market. & I know she will help us sale when we are ready. Thanks so much for all you have done and I couldn't be more grateful that our paths crossed. You didnt just help me find a house but a place we can call Home. Keep kicking butt in the housing market because you rock!

Ellen was amazing at helping us sell our home. She came in after she walked through our house and came up with a plan on how to stage our house. She brought alot of decor and used what we had also and totally transformed our house. To be honest we didnt want to leave after she transformed our house. She did such an amazing job we had a contract within a few hours of showing our home. She and her husband went above and beyond to help us sell our home. I highly recommend anyone trying to sell their home to choose Ellen Wargo!!!
