There aren't enough stars to describe this incredible women's skills and heart. I purchased my first home blindly without seeing it until the day before the final walk thru. The process was not easy and I wasn't the easiest client but she never let me down:). She traveled sent videos and more as we were in AL and purchasing in Tampa, FL. Prior to finding the right home we searched all over from land o lakes to riverview. She was there not only as a realtor but a friend who my kids adore. Ivy in a gem for the housing market. & I know she will help us sale when we are ready. Thanks so much for all you have done and I couldn't be more grateful that our paths crossed. Ellen was amazing at helping us sell our home. She came in after she walked through our house and came up with a plan on how to stage our house. She brought alot of decor and used what we had also and totally transformed our house. To be honest we didnt want to leave after she transformed our house. She did such an amazing job we had a contract within a few hours of showing our home. She and her husband went above and beyond to help us sell our home. I highly recommend anyone trying to sell their home to choose Ellen Wargo!!!

My Fiance and I recently purchased a home in the Kissimmee area. We were given Kenny's contact information from a co-worker who was also looking into purchasing a home. Kenny, may be hands down one of the best realtors I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Given the state of the market and how competitive it was he worked diligently to find homes that fit our criteria and budget. We looked at no less than a dozen homes and put offers in on at least three. It was a very long process, but Kenny was super positive the entire time, stayed focused, and really worked to get us the best possible home at the best possible house. He worked with our schedules which in of itself was a challenge. He was quick to respond to email, text and phone calls. He was able to setup showings for us with super short notice. After a long drawn out home search we finally found the house we ended up purchasing. It fit all of our criteria and price point. Kenny was able to have the contract drawn up quickly and was able to work with the seller to get us the best price on the home. He has great connections with home inspectors and other real estate companies, which made the process just that much easier. Kenny is a super friendly and personable agent. He gets to know you and understand what you are looking for in a home and only shows you what you want to see, he takes great pride in his work and doesn't rest until he has found the home for you. When it comes time to find another home or sell our current home I will use Kenny. If you are looking to buy a home in the Orlando/Greater Orlando area I would recommend Kenny without hesitation. He made the house hunting process easy and painless and was there for us through the whole process. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about Kenny and how much he helped us through the process. Highly Recommend his service to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
