My Fiance and I recently purchased a home in the Kissimmee area. We were given Kenny's contact information from a co-worker who was also looking into purchasing a home. Kenny, may be hands down one of the best realtors I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Given the state of the market and how competitive it was he worked diligently to find homes that fit our criteria and budget. We looked at no less than a dozen homes and put offers in on at least three. It was a very long process, but Kenny was super positive the entire time, stayed focused, and really worked to get us the best possible home at the best possible house. He worked with our schedules which in of itself was a challenge. He was quick to respond to email, text and phone calls. He was able to setup showings for us with super short notice. Charles helped make the home-buying experience virtually stress-free. He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!
