Charles helped make the home-buying experience virtually stress-free. He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!

It took me almost a year before I finalized my home and through out the period Charles was very patient and never tried to impose any particular house on me and let me take my own time in deciding what is best for me.
